SESSION FORMAT
COERVER-X sessions are delivered using High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve your Conditioning and Concentration.
Sessions last for approximately 25 minutes and have three parts:

Designed to improve your Speed, Control, Coordination & Confidence using both feet
PART 2
GAME MOVES
Designed to improve your 1v1 attacking play based on the area of the pitch and angle of defensive pressure
